(While the above percentages will apply to almost all products, there will be a few exceptions: (1) The discount for books, tools, and magazines will be limited to 30%, (2) No discount will be given for gift certificates, parties, and classes, and (3) The discount for certain special-carry products may be limited.)

In order to receive a discount, please complete the following steps:
- Complete a Minnesota Revenue Certificate of Exemption (ST3).

- Please provide us with proof of your business existence.*
- Start buying, and start saving!

*You will receive 30% off most---if not all of your products---during your first visit if you are unable to provide proof of your business when completing the ST3 form. We will send you a Tax-Exempt Customer Privilege Card after we have verified that you are qualified for tax-exempt status at which time you will be able to take advantage of the full tiered discount plan.
Acceptable proof of business: a copy of your Minnesota Business License, IRS Federal Tax ID No certificate (resale license), a copy of one of your business checks, or a copy of the paper that you received from Minnesota Revenue with your MN Tax ID on it.
If you are from another state, just fill out the certificate of exemption form that your state provides (you should be able to download it from your state government’s website) and send it to us with a copy of your business license or a copy of one of your business checks or the paper that has your tax ID number on it.
In order for us to ring up your qualified merchandise as being exempt from sales tax and give you the proper discount, we will need to know before we begin to ring you up that you are a tax-exempt customer. Therefore, please present your new “Tax-Exempt Customer Privilege Card” before each purchase. |
